{"id":8985,"date":"2020-04-10T08:00:34","date_gmt":"2020-04-10T08:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.welex.es\/?p=8985\/"},"modified":"2026-09-10T08:33:44","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T08:33:44","slug":"modelo-210-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.welex.es\/es\/modelo-210-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"Modelo 210 en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-8977 size-medium\" title=\"Spanish tax on Income for Non Residents\" src=\"https:\/\/www.welex.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Fotolia_132662636_XS-1-300x244.jpg\" alt=\"Spanish tax on Income for Non Residents\" width=\"300\" height=\"244\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aspectos a considerar a la hora de cumplimentar el modelo 210<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El llamado IRNR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.welex.es\/es\/todo-lo-que-necesita-saber-sobre-impuesto-sobre-la-renta-para-no-residentes-irnr\/\">(Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes)<\/a> afecta a personas f\u00edsicas y jur\u00eddicas que no teniendo la residencia fiscal en Espa\u00f1a, generan alg\u00fan tipo de rendimientos en dicho pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El caso m\u00e1s com\u00fan en la costa del sol, afecta a todos los no residentes que son propietarios de un inmueble; tanto si el inmueble se destina al alquiler, o bien se destina\u00a0 para disfrute personal de los propietarios, la Hacienda espa\u00f1ola considera que dicha propiedad genera unos ingresos (la llamada Renta Presunta) que est\u00e1n obligadas a declararlas a trav\u00e9s de este modelo, el 210.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a centrarnos en este \u00faltimo caso, propietarios que lo destinan para su uso personal, y ver qu\u00e9 aspectos hay que considerar a la hora de presentarlo:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este impuesto se liquida a a\u00f1o vencido; en primer lugar, hay que tener en cuenta la fecha de compra en la primera liquidaci\u00f3n, pues \u00fanicamente se va a tributar por los d\u00edas transcurridos hasta final de a\u00f1o.
