Another of the effects of the coronavirus Covid-19 suffered in the whole Spanish territory is the decision to order the closure of tourist apartments in Spain.
Landlords in Spain will not be able to host other visitors, ending with those they currently have within a maximum of 7 days from 20.03.2020.
Closure to the public of tourist accommodation establishments in Spain.
The suspension of all hotels and similar accommodation operation in Spain, tourist accommodation and other short-stay accommodation, campsites, caravan parks and other similar establishments, located in any part of the national territory is mandatory.
Surveillance, security and maintenance activities are permitted in these establishments, but as an exception.
Long-term tourist apartments in Spain may not admit guests and those that are currently occupied are authorised to keep theirs.
